Ready to leave for the church. My dress is Bahraini and the veil was made here in Dubai. Colin's wearing a traditional style dishdash (made in Satwa of course) with a brown top coat called a bisht.

Arriving at the church.
Outside the church. Our wedding car is a '58 Chevy Impala which our wonderful neighbour Sam loaned to us for the day, including the services of his driver. Shukran gazelan Sam!

Entering the church. The music was "God bless the broken road" by Rascal Flatts. I'd spent ages thinking about the music for the service, then I listened to the lyrics of this song, which are so appropriate, and thought "That's the one".

The vows
Signing the register. The music was "Eternal Love" by Joe Satriani. I had to get Satch in there somewhere :-) The henna was done the day before the wedding and will last for a couple of weeks.
